About this event
Increasingly, funders are looking for detailed information on how applicants will incorporate trending and strategic priorities into funded projects. To evaluate proposals, many sponsors now require dedicated sections of narrative or entire components focused on these priorities.
Sponsored by MSU's Office of Research and Economic Development, this session will introduce a few emerging proposal requirements, such as plans for diversity, equity and inclusion, community engagement, and multi-institutional management/collaboration, which are common across the funding landscape.
Presenters will discuss why funders are requiring these details, share some strategies for writing these sections and components, and introduce viewers to related institutional resources.
