MSU's Center for Teaching and Learning is sponsoring this online training course that introduces teaching faculty, staff, instructors and graduate assistants to best practices of online instruction.
There will be no live meetings as the course will be delivered 100% online in Canvas.
Successful completion leads to online teaching certification.
Objectives to be covered:
- Implement best practices for online instruction
- Design an online course that meets the Quality Matters standards
- Construct aligned course and module level objectives
- Identify strategies to increase interaction in online courses
- Summarize the legal requirements of copyright and accessibility for online courses
