About this event
The Korean Student Association warmly invites you to celebrate Korean Heritage Day at the Bryan Building.
Join us Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. for an afternoon filled with cultural enrichment and community connection, including traditional Korean cuisine featuring delicacies like Korean-style pork ribs, performances of classical Korean dance and a special performance by the Starkville Korean School’s Orchestra.
Our guest speaker, renowned historian and expert on modern Korea Jong-Woo Han, will lead us in exploring Korea’s rich cultural heritage.
This event provides a unique opportunity to gain deeper insights into the current dynamics of the Korean Peninsula while fostering connections between the American and Korean communities. Free educational materials on Korean history will be provided for educators.
We sincerely hope you’ll join us for this engaging and informative event.
