Career Expo is coming up! Get ready with a prep session designed specifically for engineering and STEM students looking for internships, co-ops and full-time opportunities.

Join the MSU Career Center and Bagley College of Engineering Office of Student, Faculty and Staff Professional Development for an interactive session focused on helping you prepare for the Career Expo with a plan. We’ll walk through how to find and research employers in Connections, prepare for conversations with recruiters and connect your classes, projects, skills and experiences to the opportunities you’re interested in.

What You'll Learn:

• How to use Connections to find and research Career Expo employers

• How to narrow down which employers and opportunities fit your interests

• What to expect when you arrive at the Career Expo

• How to talk about your technical skills, coursework, projects and experiences with recruiters

• How to prepare an introduction that can be tailored to different employers

What to Bring:

• Bring a laptop or other device if possible so you can follow along in Connections during the session.
