White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator Deborah L. Birx congratulates MSU for successfully managing COVID-19 on campus, locally

Ambassador Deborah L. Birx, the White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator, was in Mississippi on Wednesday conferring with Gov. Tate Reeves and other state officials. While in the state, Dr. Birx reached out to Mississippi State University for a virtual review of COVID-19 protocols and to congratulate MSU for successfully managing the COVID-19 pandemic on campus and with the surrounding community.  Birx offered MSU President Mark E. Keenum, Executive Vice President and Provost Dr. David Shaw and Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Regina Y. Hyatt advice on managing the pandemic moving forward.
