Annual Insurance Day conference provides continuing education credit opportunities

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State is hosting its annual Insurance Day April 19-20 at The Mill Conference Center at MSU.
Hosted by the MSU College of Business’ Risk Management and Insurance Program, the continuing education program for professionals provides opportunities to earn up to 12 continuing education credit hours. Students also may learn about internships and jobs with industry professionals during the event.
For more than 30 years, Insurance Day annually has attracted hundreds of insurance professionals for sessions that focus on current industry issues. Other topics covered during the event include life, cyber, home, health, flood, property and employment practice insurance, as well as ethics.
There will be a 6 p.m. reception April 19 at Dudy Noble Field during the Bulldogs’ home game against Jackson State University.
