Virtual conference May 18 discusses 'Reevaluation of Labor Resiliency for the Food Supply Chain'

The COVID-19 pandemic introduced unexpected stresses on food systems, creating many immediate challenges with bottlenecks in farm labor, processing, transport and logistics, as well as momentous shifts in demand. To discuss and address some of these challenges, the Food and Agriculture Collaboratory for Transforming Supply (FACTS) group at Mississippi State University have invited four experts to speak at the following virtual conference.
