STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State is hosting the annual International Fiesta full of food, music, games and other cultural activities this week as part of the university’s Unity Month celebration.

Sponsored by the Starkville World Neighbors Association and MSU’s Division of Access, Diversity and Inclusion, the Saturday [April 1] event takes place from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on the Drill Field with a rain location at Fresh Food Company.

Student organizations, clubs and departments will have booths highlighting various cultures through displays and food. Groups also will provide entertainment through dancing, playing instruments, singing and fashion show performances.

Inflatables and cultural activities will be available for children.

Part of MSU’s celebration of Unity Month, the International Fiesta is one of many events spotlighting the different cultures, heritages and religions of the university’s students, faculty and staff.
