Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion hosting chicken nugget tasting   

The Muscle Foods and Sensory Laboratory in the Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion will hold a chicken nugget taste test from 1-5 p.m. on Wednesday [April 26] and Thursday [April 27] at the James E. Garrison Sensory Evaluation Laboratory, located in the Herzer Dairy Science Building.

Samples will be available for 150 panelists, and the department will provide a snack and drink following the tasting.

No sign-up needed. Attendees are invited to come freely.

There are no anticipated risks or discomforts. You may discontinue your participation at any point. This study has been reviewed by our HRPP/IRB and has been granted this Exemption Determination (IRB-23-550).
