MSU Dining Services announces Umble Coffee partnership for Barnes & Noble
Mississippi State University Dining Services is announcing a partnership with Starkville-based Umble Coffee Co. to serve its products in the Barnes and Noble at MSU café.
The new Umble Coffee location is scheduled to open on Aug. 12. It will accept Dawg Dollars, MSU’s new prepaid student debit account that launches this fall, and online orders through the Grubhub Mobile app.
"Partnering with Umble Coffee will allow us to bring an authentic and artisanal coffee experience to campus dining,” James Jankowski, resident district manager for MSU Dining Services, said. “This collaboration not only supports local businesses but also ensures that our students enjoy high-quality and freshly roasted coffee.
MSU Dining Services serves Umble Coffee in a number of locations around campus.
"Umble is over-the-moon excited to be adding a shop on MSU’s campus,” Kenneth Thomas, the company’s founder and head roaster, said. “We love coffee, and we love people. The Starkville and MSU community continue to be so supportive of Umble, and we don’t take that for granted. We hope to make this new location a home for professors, students and really anyone from the campus or the community looking for a great cup of coffee served from a barista who wants to be a part of their daily routine."
