MSU returns to normal operations Friday, Sept. 13
STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State University (all campuses) will resume normal operations on Friday, Sept. 13, after being closed Thursday as a precaution against wind and water impacts from Hurricane Francine.
Normal operations mean that all university employees are working at their assigned work locations, all university facilities are operational, buildings are open based on normal operating hours, and students are attending classes based on the normal mode of instruction for their courses. All campus activities will proceed as scheduled.
Those facing travel or other mobility issues may receive academic accommodations and should contact their faculty member or instructor. Students, faculty and staff should continue to monitor weather conditions and exercise caution and good judgment when traveling.
