Registration open for MSU Spring Preview Day April 4

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Prospective Mississippi State students and their families are invited to learn more about the Bulldog campus experience during the university’s 2025 Spring Preview Day.
Space is limited for the April 4 event, so those planning to attend are encouraged to register as soon as possible at www.springpreview.msstate.edu. Cost is $10 per person. Upon arrival at MSU Humprey Coliseum, guests will receive an information packet and T-shirt to commemorate their participation. Spring Preview Day is geared toward high school juniors, but all prospective students are welcome.
“The day will start in Humphrey Coliseum and during the two-hour check-in timeframe, we will have local coffee provided, over 90 student organizations to connect with, notable MSU staff to welcome you, and that is just the beginning,” said Sally Rutland, associate director of Orientation and Events.
Along with an introduction to MSU’s storied traditions, the event includes visits to academic colleges, an organization fair and special interest sessions covering topics such as financial planning, student life and out-of-state information.
“Spring Preview Day provides the opportunity for prospective students and their families to experience several aspects of student life including student involvement, academics and athletics,” said Jake Hartfield, director of Orientation and Events. “This will be a special day filled with different opportunities to connect with current students, faculty and staff. There will be open houses, student panels and informational sessions. We are excited to share the Bulldog spirit and welcome our prospective students and their families.”
