SOLD OUT: ‘Hamilton’ star Leslie Odom Jr. performs Dec. 16 at Riley Center

MERIDIAN, Miss.—Broadway star Leslie Odom Jr. is slated to perform at Mississippi State’s Riley Center this month to a sell-out crowd.

Fresh off a three-month Broadway return as Aaron Burr in “Hamilton,” the award-winning artist performs Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m. for an evening of holiday music. Odom’s celebrated performance in “Hamilton” earned him both a Tony Award and a Grammy Award. He also received a 2024 Tony nomination for the title role in “Purlie Victorious” and an Academy Award nomination for his portrayal of Sam Cooke in “One Night in Miami….”

“We are proud to close out the year with a powerhouse performance from Leslie Odom Jr.,” said Riley Center Director Morgan Dudley. “A third sold-out show this season underscores the incredible momentum at the Riley Center and the strong demand for extraordinary artists like him.”
