STARKVILLE, Miss.—“SEC Nation Presented by Regions Bank” is returning to Mississippi State this Saturday [Oct. 3] when the SEC Network live broadcast visits the Junction, 8-11 a.m. CT, just before the No. 16 Bulldogs meet No. 7 Alabama in Davis Wade Stadium.
The show’s Matt Barrie, Chase Daniel, Paul Finebaum, Roman Harper, Tim Tebow and Marion Crowder will offer analysis of the 11 a.m. game and other matchups across the Southeastern Conference this weekend. Then, “Marty & McGee” will continue the live broadcast from 11-11:45 a.m. as they discuss the headlines and culture surrounding SEC football.
Finebaum also makes a live Junction appearance on Friday [Oct. 2] for “The Paul Finebaum Show” from 2-6 p.m., and MSU President Mark E. Keenum will be an afternoon guest. The evening concludes with the HARDY concert at 7 p.m. in Humphrey Coliseum.
Fans and campus visitors are urged to be mindful of gameday policies and the parking, road closure and traffic updates.
Wednesday, Sept. 30
—6 p.m., Creelman Street will close from Stone Boulevard to Tracy Drive and will remain closed until postgame on Saturday [Oct. 3].
—6 p.m., Montgomery Hall stop for SMART transit will relocate to Bully Boulevard, next to the Allen Hall parking lot.
Friday, Oct. 2
—2 p.m., B.S. Hood Drive closes from Stone Boulevard to Barr Avenue.
—Barr Avenue will close from College View Drive to George Perry Street after the conclusion of the HARDY concert.
Access to Bell Island, Walker Road, West Lee Boulevard and Tracy Drive (A4 and B1 parking zones)
—All traffic accessing the Bell Island area must use George Perry Street from the north. On George Perry Street, fans continue past Old Main Academic Center and the Chapel of Memories to access Bell Island.
—Bollards at the YMCA and Chapel will be removed for vehicle access to West Lee Boulevard and Tracy Drive. All vehicles must exit on George Perry Street as well.
—Students, employees, visitors and fans are reminded that West Lee Boulevard is one-way, and all traffic entering the Bell Island area must turn onto Walker Road to access Lee Boulevard or Tracy Drive. Parking permits still are required to park in the Bell Island area and Tracy Drive gated.
