Mississippi State Army and Air Force ROTC cadets gather in The Junction after completing the annual Egg Bowl Run [Nov. 22]—a 13-year tradition of MSU and University of Mississippi ROTC teams running a signed football 100 miles between the rival campuses. The event—a precursor to this Friday’s Egg Bowl between the two schools—goes the extra mile with a canned food drive that fuels a friendly competition while supporting local communities.
