STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State University will host the 12th Hague Roundtable on Climate and Security, a hybrid forum focused on resilience in food and water systems, April 13-14.
The Hague Roundtable is part of the 2022 Mississippi Water Resources Conference, the annual meeting of the Mississippi Water Resources Research Institute at MSU. The roundtable will feature presentations and working groups to explore project cooperation on water and food security in Central Asia. It will include a video panel hosted by the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands.
“We are excited to bring international partners together for meaningful discussions about the water and food systems that impact all of us,” said Dan Reynolds, MSU associate vice president for international programs and executive director of the International Institute. “This roundtable is one way we can help facilitate the cooperation needed to address climate impacts as we work toward global food and water security.”
