Bacon tasting, sensory analysis scheduled for May 17-18
The Muscle Foods and Sensory Laboratory in the Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion will hold a bacon taste tasting/sensory analysis Wednesday [May 17] and Thursday [May 18].
The panels will be held from 1-5 p.m. on both days at the James. E Garrison Sensory Evaluation Laboratory, located in the back of Herzer Dairy Science’s staff parking lot.
The laboratory needs 55 panelists each day to taste and visually score the samples. Snacks and drinks will be provided following the exercise. There are no anticipated risks or discomforts. You may discontinue your participation at any point.
There is no need to sign up; please come freely. However, if you would like to ensure
